He has lived on both sides of the fence; as a military and civil air operator as well as the regulator in both environments. As such he has a deep understanding of the challenges which drive, as well as constrain, compliance in the operational space - and how they can be resolved. Wayne fills his spare time with building, creating, and repairing all manner of items, from driving nails through wood and laying concrete, through to soldering custom PCBs and writing software. Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries.
