Clinton Cardozo
Clint is XP42's business and commercial strategist with an obsession with experimentation. He understands the power that an inclusive digital strategy can have on business, customers or project and the power a team can have in creating it. Up until recently, Clint was responsible for digital transforming critical and regulatory departments of Air New Zealand.
In between extreme fitness, various public speaking gigs and a recent obsession with productivity data Clint's passion is to ease the red tape process with intelligent technology.
Daniel Paley
Dan is XP42's youthful technical marvel with an unmatched ability to re-engineer any problem and create a future-proofed solution. He's an ace in the innovation game with deep experience in wireless drone charging, LiDar, Robotics and all things software. Dan has also worked on several business automation projects using existing off the shelf software.
Wayne Thomas
Wayne is XP42's regulatory and aviation expert with a passion for invention and innovation. He has lived on both sides of the fence; as a military and civil air operator as well as the regulator in both environments. As such he has a deep understanding of the challenges which drive, as well as constrain, compliance in the operational space - and how they can be resolved.
Wayne fills his spare time with building, creating, and repairing all manner of items, from driving nails through wood and laying concrete, through to soldering custom PCBs and writing software. He is also an avid amateur beer taster with dreams of going semi-professional.
